Pam Ruble provided our family exceptional service on the sale of the property. The property had to be sold quickly and her expertise made this happen. She had recommendations on how to clear the home and how to make the property more marketable. Her knowledge of the area, comparables, and housing market made the process of pricing the home excellent and far exceeded our expectations.
